Raw Cakes with Blackberries

Ingredients
1 ½ cups walnuts
1 cup dates
¼ tsp. salt
1 cup blackberry
1 cup cashew, soaked in water at least for 2 hours
½ cup melted coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
Instruction
Grind the walnuts, dates and salt (1/8 tsp) in the food processor.
Put the mixture in a mold and carefully push to the bottom.
Put it in the refrigerator for 2 hr.
Grind the drained cashew, blackberries, coconut oil and maple syrup in the blender to a completely smooth and creamy consistency.
Lay the mixture into the base and level with a spatula.
Leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
Cut into serving cakes and serve.
