Raw Cakes with Blackberries

Ingredients

1 ½ cups walnuts

1 cup dates

¼ tsp. salt

1 cup blackberry

1 cup cashew, soaked in water at least for 2 hours

½ cup melted coconut oil

1/3 cup maple syrup

Instruction

  • Grind the walnuts, dates and salt (1/8 tsp) in the food processor.

  • Put the mixture in a mold and carefully push to the bottom.

  • Put it in the refrigerator for 2 hr.

  • Grind the drained cashew, blackberries, coconut oil and maple syrup in the blender to a completely smooth and creamy consistency.

  • Lay the mixture into the base and level with a spatula.

  • Leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.

  • Cut into serving cakes and serve.
