Energy Bars with Marigold Petals

Ingredients
1 cup of marigold petals ¾ cup grated carrot ½ cup coconut chips ½ cup almond flour or just finely chopped almonds 1 glass of whole almonds ¼ cup goji berries ¼ cup sunflower seeds ¼ cup of pumpkin seed 2 tablespoons chia seeds 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract ½ cup coconut oil ¼ cup rice or maple syrup 1 tablespoon orange peel
Instruction
Melt coconut oil and add syrup.
Grind almonds in a food processor.
Add all other ingredients to the mix, except marigold and goji berries.
Add melted coconut oil with syrup and vanilla extract to the mixture and mix again.
At the end, add marigold petals and goji berries and mix quickly.
Put the mass in a pan or a form, pre-laid with parchment paper.
Thoroughly press mass with your hands. Top with chopped almonds and orange peel.
Put in the freezer for a few hours, then remove and cut into 8 large bars.
Keep in the fridge.
